Chapter 12 Overview

    In chapter 12 we get to read about how motivation in the classroom can be achieved and what benefits it brings to our students educational experience. We also look at the 5 factors that or themes that appear in discussion of motivations, needs and self-determination. 

Chapter 12 Reflection  

   

    I think it's very important to understand and provide the motivation to want to improve to our students. A lot of students would perform better in the classroom if they are provided more information and ways to improve their determination. Some needs that students want to improve can consist of the motivation that they need to perform better in the classroom. 

Chapter 14 Overview 

  In this chapter we get to talk about the different ways that teachers plan their lessons and how they can incorporate the state standards. Teachers start to develop and incorporate more teaching strategies and activities. 

Chapter 14 Reflection 

    I think this chapter is an important one because as future educators it is important for us to know and develop different ways of incorporating new activities and state standards. We want to make sure that our students are getting the best possible educational experience so that they enjoy the classroom and do their bets when in the classroom. If we go the extra mile then our students will be more inclined to try harder and enjoy school and our disciplines. 

Chapter 15 Overview

    In this chapter we get to talk about the different assessments and tests that we can make as educators. It also dives into the grading aspect of the tests. While completing the test creation project I found that putting together the tests was actually challenging. 

Chapter 15 Reflection 

    In this chapter it went more into the grading, testing, and assessment making of our future careers. While creating our tests for this project I found that it was quite the challenge. I wanted to make questions that are meaningful and that can inspire more deep thoughts. Even the grading aspect of the test was interesting. It was fun to see how well people did on a test that I created. Overall, I enjoyed the project despite the challenge. This chapter talked about the grading and different ways to successfully create tests and how grading them a certain way is important.
